Burgundy Pasture Beef has invited us to join them at their ranch for a farm tour Saturday, March 27th, at 2:30 p.m. After the tour we will return to the farm store for a sausage making demonstration with chef David Uygur. He will be making a sweet Italian sausage and each class participant will have a pound of links to take home, cook and sample.
This event is limited to 30 people and tickets will be available soon through brown paper tickets.
