About Me
- Slow Food Dallas
- Slow Food is a non-profit, eco-gastronomic membership supported organization that educates people about how their food choices affect the rest of the world. Today, we have over 80,000 members all over the world. The Dallas Convivium of Slow Food was launched in the Spring of 2003 when interest in this area reached a critical mass. It is, by its nature, a grass-roots group that ebbs and flows based on what members want and contribute.

Melissa,
Thanks for the plug for the movie and a mention of CGOC, but we're not sponsoring this event, just promoting it. It's driven traffic to our blog, so we appreciate it none the less. Just wanted to make sure we cleared that up. We'd love future mentions and even a permanent place on your blogroll, if possible!
Thanks,
CGOC
What happened to this blog?1 I'd love to see some updates about Dallas! :(
Sounds like it was a great viewing event for the entire community. Looking forward to many more.
